Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

- Non-returnable items: Custom-made/cut-to-order pipes, fittings, or flanges (e.g., bespoke sizes or specifications).
Proof of Purchase
A receipt, invoice, or order confirmation is required for all returns.
Partial Refunds or Rejections
Refunds may be reduced or denied if:
- The item shows signs of use, modification, or improper handling.
- Packaging is damaged or missing, leading to product deterioration.
- The return is initiated after 30 days.
- Flanges or fittings have been test-fitted, welded, or exposed to chemicals/contaminants.
Refund Process

- Once inspected, we will email approval/denial and process refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
- Customers cover return shipping fees.
- For high-value items (e.g., large-diameter pipes), we recommend using trackable/insured shipping. We are not responsible for lost returns.

Non-Returnable Situations
- Orders marked “final sale” or clearance items.
- Products purchased from third-party vendors.
Gifts
- If shipped directly to you as a gift, a gift credit will be issued upon return approval.
- If shipped to the purchaser, refunds go to the original buyer.
Important Notes
- Do not return items to the manufacturer.
- Hazardous materials (e.g., contaminated pipes used in chemical processing) cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
